With over three decades of experience of holistic living, and having worked with thousands of people all around the world, as well as raising my three sons, I can effortlessly guide you into healthier ways of looking at your life and your diet.

If you decide to book, we will send you a questionnaire to fill out so I can have a clear picture of the issues that you want to tackle, and we can spend our session together focussed on finding solutions. We will create a roadmap of simple and easily implementable advice that will have maximum impact in transforming your world.
After the session, I will follow up with detailed notes of what we covered, so you can spend the session relaxing and taking the information in, not scribbling to take it all down.

We can cover a lot in a single session, but for chronic health problems or more deep-rooted issues, you will probably want a series of sessions. There is a 10% discount when you book three sessions together, and a 20% discount when you book ten sessions.
When you book a consultation, Martin will contact you to arrange a suitable time. In person sessions happen in central London, or online sessions are usually conducted over Skype. I can travel to you; travel expenses will apply.

I trained as a functional nutritionist with Andrea Nakayama. For medical issues we will always recommend that you take my advice in conjunction with consulting a registered health practitioner.
