Solla really does make magnificent food – very light and easily digestible with incredible flavour and depth of palate

everyone i asked said the lasagnes R their favourite. u know why? cos Solla puts kale chips in her lasagne. there’s genius 4U.

Solla was in the kitchen every day, early morning & late at night, prepping food & feeding up2 200 people a day.

her humility & her dedication 2 feeding people the best food ever, all the while emitting such joy and radiance, was utterly wonderful 2 behold, & truly inspirational.
