Vilda & Erik took us to Copenhagen’s first raw restaurant, altho apparently there a few others now as well.

To start we all had a Super Green Juice which contained chlorella and aloe.

Then we shared a pizza which was basically a flax cracker with cheese spread & olives & tomatoes on top.

Simple, but nicely done.

Then there was a lasagne.

And I got these little patisserie cakes to take away. They were the best thing there! A cake base,covered with a thin layer of chocolate, & topped with cream & strawberries. Very light and gorgeous.

The food was good, not the most exciting food I’ve ever had, and a bit salty for my taste, but decent, and its always very thrilling to me & a rare treat to be able to eat out.
