I noticed on youtube that your son has raw cheese.
I currently live in Norway and have been raw vegan for the past 3 years but my blood tests have shown deficiencies. I think I need animal producst to thrive and get enough vitamin d , b12 and fat soluble vitamins after reading Nourishing Traditions.
What animal products would you have if you were in my situation?
